2017 Hanse 505

Alameda, California

$449,000

OUTREMER is a 1-owner, highly optioned Hanse 505 that has been sailed up and down the California coast for the past 7 years, professionally cared for and upgraded, she was optimized for a fast but comfortable race from San Francisco to Hawaii in 2018 enabling her to win 2nd in her class, even with all the luxuries onboard.

She came factory equipped with retractable 24v bow and stern thrusters, an 8kw generator, B&G H5000 electronics, 40,000 BTU Air Conditioning, electric winches, a shoal draft keel, and much more. Upon commissioning, a 110v 150gpd watermaker was installed, the hull was painted dark blue with Awlgrip, and subsequently upgrades including 1,000Ah Lithium battery bank, North, Quantum, and UK sail inventory, a custom carbon fiber bow sprit with integrated anchor roller, a carbon fiber electronics arch over the helm, and a refresh with new 2023/2024 electronics just completed.

OUTREMER is a proven blue-water performance cruiser that has been thoughtfully optimized by her original owner to provide pleasant day sailing on San Francisco Bay, enjoyable coastal cruising, and comfortable ocean crossing performance. Her owner’s overseas relocation regrettably forces her sale.
