Description

Fresh out of Safe Harbor Boat Yard (4/11/24) with over 30k of regularly scheduled maintenance and repairs. Love On The Docks is ready for her new owner to make her their own. The summer awaits for many days of enjoyment ahead. 

New bottom paint. Hydro washed, Wet sanded with 60 grit, feathered and the base built up with high-build epoxy primer.  Strip underwater metals to bare metal (struts, trim tabs,  thru-hulls). Strip underwater metals to bare metal (struts, trim tabs,  thru-hulls)Apply anticorrosive/barrier epoxy prime coats to bare metal. Apply two-coats of Trinidad HD bottom paint to the entire bottom and three coats to the waterline,  leading edge, hardware and all high-wear areas.

  • Replace 1 1/2" AC feed through hull, valve, and nipple 90 degrees.
  • Replace1 trim tab actuator.

  • Replace transom zinc bolts with silica all-thread studs.
  • Connect to the existing bonding system.

REMARKS

This Carver 570 Voyager Pilothouse is in excellent condition and is a perfect yacht for your Catalina run or cruising the bay with friends and  family.

Equipped with the upgrade 675 HP Volvos D-12 with low hours (approx. 400 hrs), she has a bow thruster and 11’ tender.

The roomy fly bridge offers generous seating, including two double-wide lounges and a wraparound portside lounge that seats seven. There's also a beautifully designed control console and aft of bridge storage for a tender. The large cockpit provides overhead sun and weather protection, plus convenient side deck stairways and a sliding glass door leading to the  cabin.

Accommodations

A super-popular model for Carver with distinctive lines and spacious accommodations, the 570 Voyager is a stretched version of then Carver 530 Voyager with the extra length going into the enlarged salon and galley. The three stateroom cherry wood interior is arranged with the galley forward in the very spacious salon with its long L-shaped sofa to starboard and club chairs opposite. A breakfast bar is built into the galley counter and large windows together with nearly seven feet of headroom combine to create an unusually open and airy salon.

Upon entering the salon from the aft cockpit thru the sliding glass doors, the salon spans the full width of the boat has plenty of comfortable seating, great views through the large side windows and excellent headroom.

The full galley is located forward of the salon and features black granite flooring, Princess electric stove and oven, microwave, GE refrigerator, Subzero freezer, double sink, Broan trash compactor, ample storage and bi-level black granite counter tops.

A main attraction of the 570 is the roomy pilothouse with L-Shaped leather sofa, wrap around helm console and plush Captain’s chair. The flybridge offers two double wide lounges and a wrap around portside lounge that seats  seven.

Stairs from the pilothouse lead down and forward to the three staterooms. The full width master is located amidships and has its an ensuite head with separate toilet and head compartments. The full size washer and dryer are located in the master stateroom as well. There is plenty of storage throughout the boat.

Next forward to the port side is the guest cabin with bunk beds. The guest head and shower is located across the hall. The VIP stateroom is located forward with a walk around queen berth, closet, television, overhead hatch and  excellent lighting.  The engine room is reached through the lazarette.
