EXTERIOR OFFERINGS

Sea Ray has outdone themselves on the 40' Sedan Bridge. She has the European rakish look and lots of rounded corners. When boarding the swim step youwill find it quite large with a transom lit up lazarette and in front of that is a FBG storage box. A portside transom door allows easy boarding close to dock level. The cockpit offers easy seating for eight with her wrap around FBG bridge steps (no ladder) to the bridge offers easy bridge access and is ever so popular. The flybridge is large and has three helm chairs across a often the captain only has one seat next tto him or he's alone. A much friendlier offering. Her eisenglass, canvas and upholstery are all very fresh (maybe a year old). She is complimented with Radar, Chartplotter, Fishfinder, Remote windlass switch, VHF, Autopilot, trim tabs and more!!  The anchor windlass has foot petals and she has a chrome anchor.

INTERIOR ACCOMODATIONS

The double glass doors offer a great entertainment flow from cockpit to main salon. There are sofas on both sides of the main salon that pull out to double beds. To port is the electrical panel, very handy for entrance. There is a generator and 2 air conditioning units. A raised dinette to port also makes into a berth as well as houses the pull out bar a great job by Sea Ray. Forward and down two steps to stbd is the galley with all amenities and a stand up refer/freezer. Does not feel like a down galley at all! To port is the guest strm that has twins with a filler and the guest head is very roomy with  a separate shower stall and Vacuflush toilet. In the bow is the master strm. with queen walkaround berth, lots of storage and closet space, ensuite head also with separate shower stall and vacuflush.  She's got to be the roomiest 40 around, definently a clean vessel, hard to find!!

MEHANICAL

With her Cat diesels she is very economical and cruises about 15 knots with a top of around 25 knots. She is well commissioned in the engine room with dual Racors on each side with ball valves for switching when necessary. There has been recent service to the fuel system, oil changed, new hot water tank and various other  upgrades.
