2000 Grand Banks Eastbay 43'
STOP!! If you've been looking for an Eastbay 43' in near perfect condition, look no further!!
"Patriot", is a one owner boat which was custom built. The owner liked the lay out of the Eastbay flybridge but cared for the added stability of the Sedan better. He had this boat produced with the same inside/outside design as the 43' flybridge which provides the larger cockpit, the bulkhead and access door on the rear bulhead, and an overall superior interior.
The interior was built custom with all teak paneling on the walls and bulkheads which give a very classy, rich look to her. The cabin sole floor was finished with teak & holly that looks great. The owner liked being comfortable for winter cruising so he added Espar forced air/diesel heat through out the boat. In addition, a windshield defroster system was installed to optimize visibility. She is a two cabin lay out with the shower and head built in two separate rooms for ease when you have company on board. The galley is quite large for her size and very well designed.
Powered by twin Cummins 370 engines, she can cruise at 20 MPH in comfort and burn only about a gallon per mile. She tops out around 28 MPH and at cruise can provide you with about a 400 mile range. The generator is barely broken in with only 202 hours on her.
"Patriot" is just an all around beautiful ride with her Flag blue hull, gold accent stripes, teak cockpit and all the custom features through out. Cared for with an open checkbook, she shows in near new condition. The owner has purchased a new boat and "Patriot" is going to make one new owner very happy.
1990 Grand Banks Classic 42'
Introduced in 1966, the 42 Grand Banks Motor Yacht is now simply referred to as the “Classic”, a designation that few knowledgeable boaters would dispute. With her elegant trawler profile and proven semi-displacement hull, the 42 Classic is a true offshore passage maker and a superb sea boat.
Notably her lines are very similar to those of the larger 46 Classic and it’s difficult to tell the two apart from a distance. This Classic has the standard two-stateroom floor plan with the galley-up. Like all Grand Banks models, the 42 Classic is built extremely well with exceptional engineering and a near obsessive attention to detail.
The rich teak cabinetry is flawless, the mechanical systems are first-rate, the salon light & airy and the exterior gel coat mirror smooth. Power is provided by twin 210-HP Caterpillar 3208N diesels enabling her to cruise comfortably at 10 to 14 knots, making her a very economical vessel to run.
This Classic has been maintained by a knowledgeable seaman and it truly looks as good as the day she left the factory.

2008 Columbia 30 Sprint
The need for the Columbia 30 Sprint is clear.
Over the past year, the Columbia 30 Sport Yacht has proven itself to be a capable distance racer. Owners have excelled in offshore and coastal races, some in excess of 300 nautical miles. The boats have demonstrated their strength, durability and performance in wild ocean conditions and true wind speeds of 40 knots. The Columbia 30 Sport Yacht is a true pocket ocean racer.
While many owners enjoy offshore distance racing, we understand that this type of sailing and racing is not for everyone. Most sailing is done one afternoon at a time. And, most day sailors, buoy racers or even weekend cruisers just don’t require – and prefer not to have onboard – most of the equipment required for offshore racing. There should be a Columbia that meets these sailors’ needs and this new Columbia 30 Sprint is configured for day sailing and buoy racing. |
